People who live in Albany help fund Parks & Recreation through their City property taxes. If you live outside the city limits, you don’t pay these taxes, so class and program fees are normally higher for you—about 33% more than what Albany residents pay.

If you regularly participate in Albany Parks & Recreation classes, trips, or aquatics programs, this card can save you a significant amount by lowering your costs to match resident rates.

Cost

$40 for individuals or $80 for families of 4, active for a 12-month period from the date of purchase.
