How do I speak at a City Council meeting?
You can provide testimony at public hearings or during Public Comment on the agenda. Comments can be submitted in person or via Zoom during the meeting. Comments can also be submitted in writing prior to noon on the day of the meeting.
Testimony provided at the meeting is part of the public record. Meetings are recorded, capturing both in-person and virtual participation, and are posted on the City website.
