There are two confidential Employee Assistance Programs available to City employees and their dependents.

This program provides 8 free sessions (both virtually and or in-person) for employees and their dependents, per existing issue.

The EAP offers a wide range of services, including:

  • Counseling Services
  • Work-Life Balance Support
  • Financial and Legal Advice
  • Coaching
  • Crisis Support

HealthAdvocate from The Standard

We also have a secondary EAP service available to us through The Standard called HealthAdvocate, which can be used in place of or in addition to the services provided through SupportLinc. This program includes three visits per "Life Service" for employees and their dependents. 

How can you access these EAP services?

You can find more information on the City's Employee Portal in the Human Resources section. You'll need your username and password to access this information outside the City network.
