Membership requirements: The City Council shall endeavor to ensure the interests of low- and moderate-income residents or under-served populations are represented on the Commission. Knowledge of local nonprofit services, the housing and/or financial or business markets is desired but not required.
Members are not permitted to serve more than three consecutive three-year terms.

About this commission
The Community Development Commission is established to review and recommend housing, neighborhood revitalization, and community development policies, actions, and programs to the City Council that could be supported with funding primarily with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding provided by HUD.
